Here are some general terms and conditions regarding use of this website.
The terms and conditions for actual use and handling of the paddleboards and equipment during the rental period will be emailed to you on receipt of booking. They are essentially just common sense, courtesy and safety conditions, but if there is anything in them that you do not feel you can accept, you have 7 days in which to cancel your booking and all monies will be fully refunded.

All information displayed here is on the basis that we understand it to be accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, delay or inconvenience, howsoever caused, by any action upon the information displayed here.

Any personal data that you may provide us through the Site will not ever be circulated any further, to anyone else.
Use of the Site
You may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content of the Site for any commercial or illegal purpose.
