THE RED AIR RENTAL PROCEDURE

So, you're thinking about getting some Red Air inflatable paddleboards to take on your travels? Great plan, you won't regret it. Even though it might seem like there's a whole lot of options, the overall procedure is actually really simple. Here's how it works...

Decide on where and when you want to hire a board.
Enter that information on the booking form
(or get a quick-quote on the rental info page)
If you're happy with the price, fill out rest of the booking form
Click SEND.
We check over your booking
 
any problems or inconsistencies, we'll get back to you
if everything is in order, we log your booking into the system and
If the booking is for more than 1 month away, we take 10% deposit from your credit card

You can make as many adjustments to dates, places and quantities as you wish during this time, via your online control panel.
OR
If the booking is for less than 1 month away, we debit the full payment from your credit card.

Final adjustments to dates, places and quantities can usually be made via our booking team up to 5 days before commencement.

Within the final month before the start of your booking, you receive by email full instructions on where to collect your equipment, or how and when it will be despatched to you, and we charge the remaining fee to your credit card.

At the commencement of your booking period we will take a bond equivalent to the full value of your rental gear from your credit card as a security, and then it's time to go!

You go to the designated Red Agent to collect your equipment on the agreed date
OR
Your equipment gets sent to your home to arrive on the agreed date, in our specal Courier Cylinder  
OR
We deliver your equipment to your yacht on the agreed date (not available at all marinas/harbours)

You have an awesome holiday, with paddleboarding on the menu wherever you find some suitable water!

Something else to consider: When you're visiting a location with a Red Agent (whether it's the one you're delivering to or collecting from or not), why not book up a tour, so you can get to see the local sites and places that you'd never find by yourself...

At the end of your holiday it's simply the reverse of your collection procedure:

You go to the designated Red Agent to return your equipment on the agreed date, and hand it back



You repack the Courier Cylinder and notify us that the equipment is ready to be collected, whereupon we send in the couriers to collect it 
We collect the equipment from your yacht (not available from all marinas)





KEEP THE KIT!!!
Can't bear to part with the gear? Why not keep it - you're a good way to owning it already! Just pay the difference between the rental fee and the RRP (possibly with extra discount thrown in, subject to availability and conditions).

We check the gear back in (unless you've chosen to buy it), and assuming it's all good, we refund your credit card deposit, and everything's done.

You tell everyone what a great time you had - and you get 10% off your next booking too...
